What You'll Do11
- 1Follow established protocols and implement cell-based assays to evaluate immune cell responses to novel biologics
- 2Design and develop new methodologies as needed to address experimental objectives

- 4Review technical literature and propose innovative approaches for research projects
- 5Analyze experimental data with scientific rigor and troubleshoot assay challenges
- 6Drive project execution by interpreting results and determining subsequent experimental steps
- 7Document procedures and maintain comprehensive records of findings
- 8Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to share technical insights and coordinate deliverables
- 9Execute vitro assays to advance lead drug candidates and support ex vivo pharmacodynamic studies
- 10Participate in discovery programs by screening biologics and generating reproducible results
- 11Communicate findings effectively through presentations and documentation
Requirements11
- 1Hands-on experience with tissue culture and ex vivo tissue processing
- 2Proficiency in cell-based assays including reporter and cytotoxicity testing
- 3Expertise in flow cytometry cytokine analysis and ELISA techniques
- 4Familiarity with MSD platform instruments
- 5Experience with viral transduction CRISPR gene editing and reporter line generation
- 6Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively
- 7Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- 8Experience with autoimmune disease models preferred
- 9Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Sciences Immunology or related field
