Requirements5
- 1BS or MS in Molecular Biology Genomics Biochemistry related field with 4+ years experience in spatial transcriptomics or single-cell sequencing
- 2Strong understanding of PCR qRT-PCR enzymatic reactions DNA RNA purification and manipulation
- 3Proficiency in NGS library preparation and sequencing workflows
- 4Experience with tissue processing and imaging IHC microscopy
- 5Desire for collaboration with cross-functional teams including molecular biologists and bioinformaticians
