What You'll Do11
- 1Lead analysis of large-scale cancer and germline multi-omics datasets to extract meaningful insights
- 2Utilize AI-driven techniques to interpret genomic data within real-world evidence studies
- 3Design and execute robust RWE studies supporting clinical commercial and regulatory objectives
- 4Integrate omics data with clinical demographic sources to enrich analyses
- 5Manage large datasets ensuring integrity confidentiality and compliance
- 6Develop deploy advanced AI predictive models using deep learning NLP and ensemble methods
- 7Integrate complex multimodal datasets using NLP and LLMs for unstructured data
- 8Oversee RWD and genomics projects from inception to completion
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate genomics and clinical data
- 10Present complex RWE data clearly to diverse audiences through detailed reports and publications
- 11Propose and develop new methods for advanced data analysis
Requirements13
- 1Ph.D. in Bioinformatics Computational Biology Genetics or related field
- 2At least 10 years relevant experience
- 3Proven expertise in genomics data analysis
- 4Expertise in cancer genomics molecular pathways and cancer biology
- 5Strong experience managing SQL Python or R datasets and visualization tools
- 6Additional germline genetics knowledge preferred
- 7AI/ML proficiency with PyTorch TensorFlow Keras
- 8Familiarity with EHR claims data patient registries and health surveys
- 9Knowledge of data models like OMOP and NLP/LLM utilization
- 10Experience interpreting clinical endpoints and patient cohorts
- 11Project management skills with direct/indirect reporting responsibility
- 12Excellent communication translating complex models to technical and clinical stakeholders
- 13Cross-functional collaboration with clinicians scientists biostatisticians regulators
