Overview
You will own test automation for the NCDHHS Managed Care Transition Project, ensuring a critical in-house system meets quality standards. What You'll Do7
- 1Assess the testability of new features and design automated test strategies using Selenium and Cypress.
- 2Build and maintain automated test suites for the Managed Care platform, integrating with Jenkins in CI/CD.
- 3Debug failures and coordinate with developers to resolve defects in Java and PostgreSQL environments.
- 4Drive test data management and environment readiness for end-to-end scenarios.
- 5Ship regression and performance test scripts that run nightly, reducing manual effort.
- 6Lead code reviews for test automation code and enforce best practices.
- 7Document test plans and results for Agile sprints, ensuring stakeholder visibility.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in QA automation with Selenium and Cypress.
- 23+ years scripting in Java or Python for test frameworks.
- 3Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration.
- 4Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL for data validation.
- 5Experience testing Medicaid or healthcare systems is a plus.
- 63+ years working in Agile teams, collaborating with developers and business analysts.
- 7Onsite availability in Raleigh, NC and local residency.
