Overview
Design and develop products while leading at every level to win a better way. Responsible for product standards and engineering documentation across all H&B operations. Serve as primary technical resource for product design and engineering. Develop and implement quality verification programs and coordinate with Marmon GIC. Close with unique focus on manufacturing efficiency and innovation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Design, develop, and improve products using engineering software
- 2Maintain product standards and technical documentation
- 3Lead quality verification programs and compliance audits
- 4Train manufacturing personnel on product standards
- 5Coordinate with Marmon GIC for engineering activities
- 6Review and validate engineering deliverables
- 7Support custom fabrication through engineering evaluation
- 8Assist sales teams in assessing technical feasibility
- 9Participate in Stage-Gate process for new product development
- 10Partner with ATS team to analyze customer feedback
- 11Collaborate with manufacturing and costing personnel for improvements
Requirements5
- 15+ years in manufacturing process
- 2Proficiency in AutoCad Revit Solidworks
- 3Working knowledge of construction processes
- 4Minimum 5 years experience
- 5B.S. Engineering or relevant degree
