Senior Product Designer, AI Legal Tech
Overview
Design AI-native experiences for legal professionals using Filevine's LOIS platform. You'll own end-to-end product design for features that transform contract review, drafting, and legal research. Work with a small, senior team of engineers and PMs to ship high-craft products. 5+ years of experience and a portfolio of shipped work are required.
What You'll Do6
- 1Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to polished implementation.
- 2Turn ambiguous problems into intuitive workflows, interactions, and interfaces for AI-powered legal tools.
- 3Create high-fidelity prototypes with Figma and Prototyping tools to validate concepts and communicate direction.
- 4Use AI tools throughout your design workflow to accelerate iteration.
- 5Collaborate with engineers and PMs to build high-quality experiences.
- 6Evolve the design system and raise product quality through critique.
Requirements8
- 15+ years designing digital products with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional product thinking.
- 2Experience designing AI products or features in production.
- 3Deep understanding of how AI changes user behavior and interface design.
- 4Fluency with AI tools in the design process.
- 5Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
- 6Strong bias toward shipping with a sense of urgency.
- 7Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments with minimal process.
