Requirements10
- 1Minimum 6 years payment technology R&D experience
- 2At least 4 years people management and performance management
- 3Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Computer Science or Technology
- 4Experience scaling engineering teams in fast-paced environments
- 5Proven ability to lead large-scale EMV and mobile payment deployments
- 6Deep understanding of EMV functional and security requirements
- 7Strong stakeholder management across internal and external groups
- 8Track record of delivering secure payment technology products
- 9Familiarity with global payment standards and compliance programs
- 10Experience managing cross-functional project delivery
