Senior Post PTO Servicing, Solar Ops & Customer Care
Overview
Solar operations role owning a portfolio of servicing matters across Loans, Levelized PPAs, and Leases. Manage transfers and contract modifications for Third-Party Owned products in a fast paced environment. Work with a cross functional team across San Francisco Irvine Santa Clara Teaneck and HQ to ensure timely servicing. This role emphasizes customer communication, attention to detail, and process improvements to scale the Servicing Team.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain a portfolio of servicing matters across Loans Levelized PPAs and Leases
- 2Serve as the point of contact for customers and stakeholders providing updates and guiding resolution via phone and email
- 3Identify issues escalate appropriately and drive timely resolution of customer or operational concerns
- 4Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in internal systems to ensure reliable servicing history
- 5Support operational initiatives documentation efforts and process improvements to scale the Servicing Team
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 22-4+ years of professional experience including 2+ years in residential solar operations data operations or financial services
- 3Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast paced environment
- 4Strong attention to detail and analytical skills and excellent organizational communication problem solving multi tasking and prioritization skills
- 5Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to work in a team oriented environment
