What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as primary liaison between Legal/Compliance and business teams translating regulatory requirements into clear directives
- 2Work with business areas to prioritize workloads and manage timelines
- 3Review and validate deliverables before returning to Legal or Compliance ensuring completeness and accuracy
- 4Track open compliance items and proactively manage resolutions
- 5Lead complex MCE initiatives end-to-end coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- 6Identify process gaps in compliance adoption and drive improvements
- 7Manage regulatory change lifecycle from identification to implementation
- 8Maintain centralized regulatory change log and reporting framework
- 9Handle CVE and Lender documentation requirements ensuring timely fulfillment
- 10Coordinate state recovery activities completing all filings and documentation accurately
- 11Manage end-to-end data calls coordinating collection and submission across business areas
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in insurance operations compliance regulatory affairs
- 2Working knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements and business operations impact
- 3Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication translating complex regulations
- 5Cross-functional collaboration experience with Legal Compliance Operations
- 6Attention to detail with commitment to accuracy
- 7Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision
- 8Experience mentoring junior team members or peers
- 9Familiarity with homeowners or personal lines insurance products
- 10Knowledge of state-specific filing requirements and recovery processes
- 11Presence of CPCU AIC or similar insurance designation preferred
