What You'll Do11
- 1Stay current on payment industry trends and regulatory changes
- 2Align partner strategies with Expedia marketing advertising and banking teams
- 3Serve as primary Expedia point of contact for payment vendors and partners
- 4Define and execute partner/vendor roadmap aligned with EGP goals
- 5Conduct benchmarking RFIs RFPs and contract negotiations
- 6Resolve executive‑level partner issues with major impact
- 7Set KPIs to continuously optimize partner performance
- 8Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve payment processing efficiency
- 9Utilize AI‑driven tools for fraud detection forecasting and decision support
- 10Manage vendor contracts and monitor performance metrics
- 11Collaborate with technical teams to implement payment solutions
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business finance technology or related field with 5+ years payments experience
- 2Extensive ownership of strategic partnership portfolios and multi‑market payment programs
- 3Proven track record in contract negotiation and commercial agreement management
- 4Familiarity with AI/ML applications in payments such as anomaly detection forecasting and decision dashboards
- 5Experience leveraging Agentic AI to automate repetitive processes and improve program delivery
- 6Expertise in travel airlines hotels or payments industry
- 7Passion for results with a history of exceeding challenging goals
- 8Ability to work with technical teams on data‑driven performance analysis
- 9Strong stakeholder management skills across legal marketing and banking functions
