What You'll Do11

- 4Set technical direction for AI/ML driven testing autonomous pipelines and cloud native solutions
- 5Ensure resolution of high severity outages via postmortems and systemic improvements
- 6Develop and execute quality strategy balancing innovation risk and operational needs
- 7Oversee resource planning hiring and organizational design to scale quality engineering talent
- 8Partner with senior leadership to articulate quality risks and drive executive decision making
- 9Drive cross functional initiatives embedding test automation early in development lifecycle
- 10Provide regular reporting on quality metrics and organizational outcomes to stakeholders
- 11Mentor and coach engineers developing advanced proficiency in Python and modern OO languages
Requirements9
- 110+ years software quality engineering with 5+ years managing managers or leading multi‑team organizations
- 2Proven track record scaling quality engineering in cloud native high scale environments
- 3Experience defining and executing organizational strategy influencing business outcomes
- 4Expertise in modern test automation frameworks CI CD and emerging quality trends
- 5Strong knowledge of software engineering practices agile methodologies and quality engineering principles
- 6Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant experience
- 7Advanced proficiency in Python or modern object oriented languages
- 8Proven ability to take on challenges as part of a collaborative team
- 9Excellent communication stakeholder management and mentoring skills
