You will own EAC processes, risk/opportunity tracking, and program performance reporting, partnering with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. What You'll Do7
- 1Drive EAC processes and risk/opportunity tracking for assigned programs, ensuring accurate forecasts and variance analysis
- 2Build and improve monthly financial reporting and cadences, delivering insights to program teams and executive leadership
- 3Partner with Program Managers to translate operational and technical inputs into actionable financial plans
- 4Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, incorporating contract structure (especially fixed-price) into financial strategy
- 5Develop and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- 6Support pricing proposals and BOEs for new business captures, leveraging cost modeling in Excel
- 7Integrate financial data from Costpoint, SAP, or Oracle into actionable dashboards for program reviews
Requirements8
- 18+ years of experience in program finance, FP&A, or aerospace/defense finance roles
- 2Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3Strong understanding of EACs, forecasting, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity management
- 4Experience with fixed-price contracts and government contracting requirements, including FAR/DFARS
- 5Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- 6Proven ability to present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership
- 7Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring finance team members
- 8Familiarity with Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or Power BI
