What You'll Do17
- 1Design and execute data conversion strategies for large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud migrations focusing on legacy to cloud transitions
- 2Implement advanced financial controls and data migration frameworks across Finance Supply Chain HCM Projects and EPM domains
- 3Lead data profiling cleansing mapping and enrichment initiatives using Oracle integration tools
- 4Establish validation frameworks sequencing tools and cutover strategies with cross-functional teams
- 5Manage data quality exception handling and mock conversion cycles through mock pre-production environments
- 6Configure Oracle Cloud Application Security including RBAC job duty data and segment controls
- 7Architect and enforce Segregation of Duties policies using Oracle Advanced Access Controls and Risk Management Cloud
- 8Implement Advanced Financial Controls and transaction monitoring solutions
- 9Deploy OCI security controls covering IAM policies network security encryption and audit logging
- 10Conduct security assessments gap analysis and remediation planning for SOX SOC ISO 27001 and privacy regulations
- 11Mentor and develop senior consultants data architects security specialists and conversion developers
- 12Serve as escalation point for data security and controls issues across Oracle Cloud programs
- 13Build relationships with C-level executives drive proposal development and client acquisition initiatives
- 14Contribute to practice development creating accelerators methodologies and training assets
- 15Drive quality assurance risk management and change control across data security workstreams
- 16Lead teams of 8-20+ resources delivering secure high-quality Oracle Cloud environments meeting compliance requirements
- 17Collaborate with internal audit compliance and risk teams to ensure framework adherence

- 1Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Application Security Segregation of Duties policies
- 2Advanced Financial Controls and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data migration expertise
- 35+ years leading data conversion workstreams on Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms
- 4Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud Security including Fusion Security Model and AAC/RMC
- 5Proficiency in data migration tools such as FBDI HDL OTBI and BI Publisher
- 6Expertise supporting SOX compliance and regulatory audits in cloud environments
- 7Bachelor's degree in MIS IS or related field with 7+ years professional services experience
- 87+ years progressive experience in Oracle Cloud implementations with 5+ years specifically in data conversion
- 9Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud and advanced access controls
- 10Familiarity with data quality tools like Informatica Talend or Syniti
- 11Strong leadership background managing senior consultants data architects and security specialists
- 12Proven track record in large-scale cutover hypercare support and client delivery
- 13Certification preferences include Oracle Cloud certifications and advanced security credentials
