What You'll Do5
- 1Design and execute the full program: define topics, secure speakers, sequence content, manage logistics, and produce assets such as white papers and partner opportunities.
- 2Own the calendar, build feedback loops, measure what’s working, and iterate based on member attendance and renewal rates.
- 3Manage key relationships and build trust with members through immersive discovery and ongoing communication.
- 4Collaborate with the deal team on sprints and with the membership team to align programming with member interests.
- 5Operate independently, learn fast, and take ideas from 0 to 1 through execution and rapid feedback loops.
Requirements5
- 1Consulting strategy or banking background in a fast‑paced environment, preferably with experience spinning up similar programs.
- 2Familiarity with investing and interest in community‑focused business models.
- 3Autonomy and speed: operate independently, learn quickly, and execute from concept to delivery.
- 4Program design expertise: build scalable programs with clear structure, impact, and memorable participant experiences.
- 5Cross‑audience fluency: engage diverse groups, build trust, and balance structure with authenticity.
