What You'll Do11

  • 1Manage daily immunoassay laboratory operations including study scheduling and staff planning
  • 2Lead scientists and research associates in assay development and method optimization
  • 3Assign and prioritize laboratory work based on program needs and cross-functional deliverables
  • 4Provide technical oversight for assay execution and data review
  • 5Support development of fit-for-purpose immunoassays for potency and identity characterization
  • 6Oversee immunoassay troubleshooting and resolution
  • 7Coordinate routine analytical testing within CMC Immunoassay programs
  • 8Evaluate innovative immunoassay platforms such as ELISA and multiplex formats
  • 9Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • 10Develop staff capability through coaching and performance feedback
  • 11Maintain laboratory readiness and compliance with GMP standards

Requirements9

  • 1PhD in Biochemistry Immunology or related field with minimum 8 years industry experience
  • 2Minimum 5+ years hands-on immunoassay development in vaccine CMC or biologics
  • 3Proven leadership experience managing laboratory staff and daily operations
  • 4Expertise in ligand-binding immunoassay technologies like ELISA and MSD platforms
  • 5Strong knowledge of method development platform evaluation and validation processes
  • 6Experience with outsourced immunoassay activities and CRO management
  • 7Familiarity with GMP-regulated analytical environments
  • 8Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced settings
  • 9Commitment to data integrity and scientific excellence
