What You'll Do9

  • 1Design and execute experiments to develop potency assays for vaccine candidates
  • 2Optimize ELISA and multiplex immunoassay platforms for regulatory compliance
  • 3Lead troubleshooting efforts for assay failures and performance issues
  • 4Generate detailed immunoassay data analyses and interpret results
  • 5Prepare and qualify critical reagents and reference materials
  • 6Maintain comprehensive lab documentation using electronic notebooks
  • 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assay alignment with product goals
  • 8Support GMP-compliant analytical processes throughout development stages
  • 9Perform quality control assessments for assay robustness and reproducibility

Requirements7

  • 1Ph.D. in Biochemistry Immunology or related field preferred with 0-2 years industry experience
  • 2Hands-on experience developing immunoassays for vaccine CMC applications
  • 3Expertise with ELISA MSD electrochemiluminescence and multiplex platforms
  • 4Proven ability to analyze immunoassay data and generate interpretable reports
  • 5Strong knowledge of GMP regulatory requirements and laboratory practices
  • 6Experience with ligand-binding technologies and assay validation protocols
  • 7Excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative team mindset
