
Senior Legal Specialist, Healthcare Enforcement & Regulatory Analysis
Overview
Own enforcement actions against licensed healthcare facilities and CNAs at the state level, supporting regulatory analysis and litigation at the Office of Administrative Law. Work with a team to research, draft actions, and advance case outcomes within a 6 month contract. This role offers exposure to administrative law processes and healthcare compliance within a high-stakes environment.

Requirements5
