Senior Operations Associate, Medicaid & Health Tech
Overview
Own core operational delivery for Medicaid client implementations and ongoing relationships at a high-growth health tech company. You will shape processes, reconcile complex data sets, and manage state approvals for communications across a growing list of health plan partners. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with direct client visibility and the chance to scale a product-driven consumer experience for millions.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and own end-to-end client deployments and ongoing relationship management across multiple Medicaid partners
- 2Design and implement processes to manage millions of Medicaid lives across the country
- 3Reconcile complex data sets and manage state approvals for communications
- 4Serve as the expert in Medicaid mechanisms and product requirements to inform client strategy
- 5Own workflows end-to-end with minimal oversight as they mature
- 6Interface with product, policy, data, and client teams to ensure alignment and quality
Requirements5
- 11-2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or working at a startup
- 2Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the little things right
- 3Excellent analytical skills in Excel and SQL
- 4Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior leaders
- 5Ability to work 5 days per week in-person in NYC
