Overview
The ideal Executive Assistant supports senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. You will own calendar management travel coordination agenda preparation and confidential record handling. This role offers immediate start through November with competitive compensation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage executive calendars scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
- 2Coordinate local domestic and international travel logistics
- 3Prepare agendas reports and meeting materials
- 4Attend meetings take notes and distribute minutes
- 5Submit and track expense reports
- 6Screen and manage incoming calls emails and visitors
- 7Maintain confidential records files and documentation
- 8Support office operations supplies reporting and administrative processes
- 9Assist with time and attendance administration
- 10Coordinate board and committee meeting logistics materials and minutes
- 11Help develop and improve office procedures and workflows
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience 2-4 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience
- 2Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3Excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills
- 4Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- 5Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- 6Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- 7Ideal candidate professional polished proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
- 8Comfortable interacting with executives stakeholders and VIP visitors
- 9Available immediately contract assignment through November
