Overview
Own end-to-end delivery of Parking Experience technology initiatives for a leading nonprofit in Los Angeles. - 6Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts for Cisco Meraki network upgrades, ensuring 99.9% uptime over the next 2 years.
- 7Spearhead the integration of Microsoft 365 and Teams across the organization, increasing cross-department collaboration metrics by 40%.

Requirements8
- 18+ years of IT project management experience, with 3+ years leading infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
- 2PMP or Agile certification from PMI or Scrum Alliance required.
- 3Experience managing budgets over $1M and vendor contracts with 5+ external partners simultaneously.
- 4Proven record delivering Cisco Meraki network implementations and Azure or AWS cloud migrations.
- 5Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for agile and waterfall tracking.
- 6Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 framework and experience applying it to service management.
- 7Experience in the parking or facility management industry is a plus, including Pay-by-Phone or APT systems.
- 8Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
