Own and scale enterprise IT strategy across designated domains with governance and regulatory compliance. Work onsite in Phoenix with remote designation and travel as needed.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Lead designated IT teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions
  • 2Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and governance frameworks
  • 3Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for assigned domains
  • 4Drive and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX HIPAA FERPA
  • 5Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of ITIL Agile DevOps
  • 6Foster executive-level reporting and stakeholder relationships
  • 7Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations
  • 8Foster automation standardization and process enhancements
  • 9Develop strong relationships with organizational leaders to enable strategic IT impact
  • 10Establish and mentor a high-performance IT team

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
  • 2Master’s degree preferred
  • 3Minimum of eight (8) years of IT leadership experience
  • 4Strong financial management budgeting forecasting and cost optimization
  • 5Expertise in vendor and contract management including negotiation
  • 6Strong governance risk and compliance management across regulatory frameworks
  • 7Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all levels
  • 8Proven ability to drive innovation digital transformation and process optimization
  • 9Deep understanding of IT service delivery project management methodologies Agile ITIL
  • 10Ability to lead diverse high-performing teams and develop future IT leaders
