What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain the infrastructure roadmap and architecture standards that align with IT strategy and enterprise technology standards
  • 2Lead a global team across the US, Spain, and Brazil to deliver reliable services, drive continuous improvement, and manage performance
  • 3Drive standardization and compliance across environments, remediation of non standard sites, and new site integration
  • 4Define, implement, and oversee disaster recovery, incident, change, problem, asset, and service management processes
  • 5Partner with Information Security to implement security controls, vulnerability management, secure access, and compliance requirements
  • 6Oversee budgeting for infrastructure including cloud, network, storage, endpoints, licensing, and vendor spend
  • 7Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery, cost effectiveness, and agreed service levels
  • 8Lead major infrastructure programs such as plant deployments, file storage modernization, ITSM rollout, and end user productivity enhancements
  • 9Ensure effective support models for domestic and international users, with clear ticketing, escalation, and knowledge management
  • 10Foster modernization and innovation across cloud, automation, monitoring, identity, and manufacturing infrastructure

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field
  • 210+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience
  • 35+ years of leadership experience managing infrastructure teams
  • 4Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL practices and service management
  • 5Experience supporting manufacturing, multi-site operations, or international teams
  • 6Experience with SOX ITGC audits, compliance, cybersecurity controls, and disaster recovery
  • 7Clear track record delivering reliable services, managing budgets, and driving operational improvements
