What You'll Do12
- 1Analyze performance across geographies demographics and store attributes to identify key drivers of volume margin and competitive positioning
- 2Build and own analytical frameworks to assess ROI and financial impact of key business initiatives
- 3Design and evaluate A/B tests ensuring statistical rigor and alignment with business outcomes
- 4Prepare accurate datasets and supporting analysis for leadership
- 5Ensure outputs are defensible traceable and clearly explainable for high visibility use
- 6Deliver insights informing day-to-day and long-term pricing decisions balancing financial outcomes with market dynamics
- 7Support high-level business needs with clear analytical outputs or dashboards
- 8Clarify requirements prioritize effectively and deliver with accuracy
- 9Assess newly available or underutilized data to determine business value define high-impact use cases and translate findings into analytical directions
- 10Manage and refine core datasets ensuring accuracy consistency and usability
- 11Proactively identify gaps in data and work toward scalable solutions
- 12Operate independently with limited direction
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams in strategic initiatives
- 3BS in Mathematics Economics Finance Statistics or another quantitative discipline required
- 4Experience supporting business decisions through financial modeling and data-driven analysis
- 5Proficiency in data visualization Tableau/Tableau Prep SQL and/or Python
- 6Strong communication skills explaining complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
- 7Experience applying statistics to forecast trends perform cost-benefit analysis and calculate ROI
- 8Ability to operate independently with limited direction
- 9Retail experience in fuel or multi-unit operations
- 10Cloud environments like Databricks
- 11Familiarity with clustering time series analysis and sales forecasting
