Propelis seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead Commercial Finance initiatives driving pricing strategy and commercial decision-making. What You'll Do11
- 1Build financial models and conduct pricing analyses for new opportunities renewals and initiatives to assess financial performance and profitability
- 2Partner with Commercial Operations Finance Legal and executive leaders to understand drivers and profitability considerations
- 3Analyze client service and business performance to uncover risks and opportunities that boost revenue growth and margin performance
- 4Lead scenario modeling benchmarking and commercial evaluations to shape pricing strategy
- 5Create and maintain dashboards and analytics tracking pricing profitability and key commercial metrics
- 6Monitor trends and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- 7Track pricing profitability initiatives from approval through implementation and capture realized impact
- 8Enhance Commercial Finance processes reporting and analytical tools
- 9Collaborate with global teams to implement systems and drive process improvements
- 10Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as directed
- 11Maintain relationships across commercial operations finance legal and technology groups
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading commercial finance initiatives
- 3Advanced Financial Modelling & Analysis demonstrated ability to build complex models and translate data into recommendations
- 4Strong Commercial Acumen deep understanding of pricing profitability and revenue management
- 5Curious & Analytical proactive mindset to challenge assumptions and solve problems
- 6Executive Communication skill to convey complex concepts clearly through presentations reporting and discussions
- 7Data Analysis & Synthesis proficiency in defining problems collecting data and delivering actionable recommendations
- 8Problem Solving & Multi-Tasking ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- 9Cross-Functional Collaboration proven experience working with diverse functions geographies and cultures
