What You'll Do5
- 1Prepare customers for and complete validations studies on instrumentation including setup calibration precision studies and method comparisons
- 2Provide onsite and remote phone support for assay and quality control questions
- 3Deliver onsite training for proper instrumentation operation
- 4Collaborate with technical applications supervisors and cross-functional teams to address operational queries
- 5Support field service initiatives through documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements5
- 1Associate degree with minimum 3+ years of laboratory or diagnostic instrumentation experience
- 2Advanced understanding of diagnostics industry with focus on regulatory compliance
- 3Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 90% flying or driving including overnight stays
- 4Physical capability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
- 5Previous experience with Beckman analyzers or similar medical technology platforms
