What You'll Do5
- 1Lead estimating efforts for ground up commercial construction projects
- 2Analyze drawings specifications and project documents to build accurate estimates
- 3Develop quantity takeoffs and pricing models from conceptual through GMP
- 4Manage subcontractor outreach bid leveling and bid analysis
- 5Coordinate with operations and project management to align on strategy
Requirements5
- 15+ years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
- 2Ground up construction background large scale structural concrete projects a plus
- 3Strong understanding of construction means and methods structural systems and site work
- 4Established subcontractor relationships in the Southern California market
- 5Comfortable in a fast paced environment with a high level of ownership
Salary Insight
$140 - $180k per year
