What You'll Do11
- 1Define and maintain enterprise IT digital strategy aligned with corporate objectives utility operating models and regulatory expectations
- 2Establish value based product portfolio framework linking digital products to business outcomes benefits and KPIs
- 3Lead enterprise prioritization and demand management balancing innovation operational resilience and financial discipline
- 4Provide strategic oversight of enterprise projects ensuring disciplined execution across agile hybrid and traditional models
- 5Design IT governance models covering investment approval portfolio management architecture standards risk and value realization
- 6Chair governance forums enabling data driven decisions on digital investments and trade offs
- 7Transform project centric PMO into Value Delivery Office focusing on measurable outcomes
- 8Standardize and optimize IT quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 improving predictability consistency compliance
- 9Own IT compliance oversight ensuring adherence to regulatory audit cybersecurity data governance and internal controls
- 10Manage enterprise IT budget including planning forecasting tracking and variance management
- 11Establish innovation frameworks identifying incubating scaling digital platforms data AI and emerging technologies
Requirements15
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Engineering Business or related field with minimum 15 years relevant experience
- 2Equivalent education and experience considered
- 3Progressive leadership in IT digital strategy governance or transformation roles
- 4Experience building and operating value based portfolio and product management models
- 5Strong background in IT governance investment management and compliance frameworks
- 6Proven experience managing large complex budgets including regulatory funding
- 7Solid understanding of regulatory environments audit processes risk management and internal controls
- 8Experience driving innovation while maintaining operational resilience and compliance
- 9Exceptional executive communication stakeholder management and influencing skills
- 10Strong analytical financial and strategic thinking capabilities
- 11Strong leadership skills managing high performing teams
- 12Ability to work effectively in fast paced dynamic environment
- 13Flexible creative and solution focused problem solving approach
- 14Preferred Master’s degree in relevant field
- 15Prior work in regulated industries utilities energy healthcare or financial services
