Senior Director Hyperscaler Systems Architecture
Overview
Lead definition strategy for Silicon Optics and Interconnects technologies focusing on Hyperscaler segment. Shape systems roadmap for scale-out scale-up and scale-across systems. Drive technical oversight through RFx approvals and simulations. Collaborate with customers partners and internal stakeholders to align architecture with business outcomes.

- 1Evaluate and influence technology strategy for Silicon Optics and Interconnects
- 2Shape systems roadmap for scale-out scale-up and scale-across systems
- 3Review and approve RFx responses to ensure customer commitments and performance alignment
- 4Drive hands-on simulations for functional and performance analysis using modern industry tooling
- 5Engage with Hyperscaler customers on technology roadmap positioning and value propositions
- 6Partner with technology providers for assessments and project collaboration
- 7Participate in industry events to drive product messaging and strategy
- 8Drive alignment across Silicon HW Optics and software teams
- 9Mentor and coach product management technical marketing and engineering communities
- 10Establish strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to meet objectives
- 11Explore new technology horizons and shape future product offerings
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering computer science or equivalent work experience
- 210+ years in engineering solutions architecture or product management preferably in networking silicon
- 3Demonstrable experience in Service Provider Networking Data Center Networking or directly with Hyperscalers
- 4Advanced degree Master’s or PhD preferred
- 5Full-stack fluency with ASIC Hardware Systems and Optics software stack
- 6Prior experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced matrix organization
- 7Deep understanding of networking customer requirements and usage models
