Overview
Lead end-to-end construction delivery for a multi-building data center campus with budgets exceeding $1B per site. Oversee GCs and vendors while driving execution across concurrent projects to ensure safety quality schedule cost and operational readiness. Champion Zero Incident safety culture and deliver mission-critical performance.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build mentor and lead construction teams to achieve project goals related to safety quality schedule cost fostering a high-performance execution-focused culture
- 2Maintain daily onsite presence to lead execution remove constraints and enforce standards
- 3Oversee construction delivery coordinate across multiple buildings phases ensuring resource optimization campus-wide
- 4Sequence and manage interdependencies for site infrastructure power fiber water roads to meet capacity ramp timelines
- 5Drive standardization and repeatability across buildings design construction approach commissioning strategy
- 6Partner with internal teams safety engineering cost supply chain to ensure on-time delivery
- 7Interface with external utilities AHJs inspectors and local stakeholders to guarantee on-time completion
- 8Champion Zero Incident safety culture across contractors holding GCs subs/suppliers accountable
- 9Establish and enforce QA/QC standards across all phases and trades
- 10Oversee General Contractors project teams direct contractors third-party testing agencies project controls and MEP teams
- 11Track project timelines drive contractor accountability for manpower productivity and lead schedule recovery efforts
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong understanding of Project Management Planning Construction Management and Data Centers with large campus-scale program leadership
- 3Extensive knowledge of prime contracts including lump sum GMP hard bid negotiated design-build
- 4Familiarity with schedule cost control budgeting and value engineering
- 5Ability to work in international team environments and interact with all management levels
- 6Proficiency with Primavera MS Project MS Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint
- 7Bachelor’s degree in business construction management or related field
- 815+ years experience in General or Specialty Construction Project Management with 10+ years high-tech mission-critical industrial facilities
- 9Expertise in managing construction of complex MEP systems commissioning processes and mission-critical delivery requirements
- 10Strong experience managing GC/supplier relationships from an Owner perspective
- 11Regular physical activity moving equipment up to 50 lbs frequent movement inside and outside data center locations
- 12Comfortable working in high-stress fast-paced environment shifting priorities and performing work outside normal business hours as required
