The role seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to own JDA MMS on IBM i for a major retailer. The ideal candidate will deliver functional and technical leadership across core modules while driving system enhancements and integrations. This hybrid W2 contract offers competitive compensation in Phoenix.
What You'll Do5
- 1Provide functional and technical expertise in JDA MMS covering Items Pricing Promotions Markdowns Inventory and Sales Audit modules
- 2Support AS400/IBM i batch processing troubleshooting and performance optimization
- 3Lead system enhancements configurations and integrations with POS E-commerce WMS and reporting platforms
- 4Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising Supply Chain Finance and IT teams for requirements gathering testing and production support
- 5Ensure data integrity auditability and accuracy across merchandising and financial transactions
Requirements5
- 17+ years of hands-on experience with JDA MMS on IBM i (AS400)
- 2Strong knowledge of Retail Merchandising processes and workflows
- 3Proficiency in RPG CL SQL Batch Jobs and system integrations
- 4Proven ability to lead troubleshooting upgrades and production support in large-scale retail environments
- 5Nice to have experience integrating JDA MMS with enterprise platforms such as POS WMS or e-commerce systems
