- 1Provide deep functional expertise in JDA MMS modules including Items Pricing Promotions Markdowns Inventory and Sales Audit
- 2Support and optimize AS400/IBM i batch processing troubleshoot system issues and monitor platform performance
- 3Lead system enhancements configurations and integrations with POS E-commerce WMS and reporting platforms
- 4Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising supply chain finance and IT teams for requirements gathering testing and production support
- 5Ensure data integrity auditability and accuracy across merchandising and financial transactions
- 6Drive troubleshooting efforts manage upgrades and provide ongoing production support in large retail environment
Requirements9
- 17+ years hands-on experience with JDA MMS on IBM i AS400
- 210-20 years overall IT/system integration experience in retail or similar industries
- 3Strong knowledge of retail merchandising processes
- 4Proficiency in RPG CL SQL Batch Jobs and system integrations on IBM i
- 5Proven ability to lead troubleshooting upgrades and production support in large retail environments
- 6Hands-on experience integrating with POS E-commerce WMS and reporting platforms
- 7Experience gathering requirements testing and providing production support in cross-functional team settings
- 8Demonstrated commitment to data integrity auditability and accurate financial/merchandising transactions
- 9Ability to be onsite in Phoenix AZ three days per week
