What You'll Do11
- 1Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas while coordinating speakers to capture action items
- 2Develop high‑quality briefing decks memos and program summaries for senior leadership
- 3Track and maintain datasets on customer service requests and AI initiatives ensuring accuracy
- 4Support intake using ServiceNow or similar systems to guarantee visibility and quality
- 5Conduct data reviews to identify gaps and follow up with stakeholders for alignment
- 6Coordinate across teams to consolidate inputs and prepare materials for recurring meetings
- 7Create standardized templates and documentation to improve operational efficiency
- 8Maintain SharePoint repositories with organized and current program resources
- 9Monitor timelines and deliverables providing proactive reminders and escalating risks
- 10Build relationships with client stakeholders through professionalism and responsive delivery
- 11Assist in developing processes that enhance consistency and reduce oversight needs
Requirements11
- 1U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust clearance
- 2Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience in program support or consulting
- 3Proven ability to manage large datasets and ensure completeness and accuracy
- 4Familiarity with request tracking workflows such as ITAR or customer engagement systems
- 5Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and executive presentations
- 6Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex information
- 8Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on multiple workstreams
- 9Prior experience supporting federal clients in mission IT or enterprise environments
- 10Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar intake ticketing systems
- 11Interest in AI governance data strategy or analytics‑driven programs
