What You'll Do11
- 1Lead end-to-end delivery management of the enterprise AI transformation program aligning with strategic priorities
- 2Establish and manage program governance structures including executive steering committees and risk tracking
- 3Oversee AI initiatives such as workflow redesign and employee-facing tool deployment
- 4Drive rapid pilots and scaled implementation of high-value AI use cases
- 5Develop integrated program plans with timelines and cross-project dependencies
- 6Coordinate globally across teams and partners to ensure aligned execution
- 7Deliver executive-level reporting on status risks and milestones
- 8Mitigate AI-specific risks like data quality and user adoption challenges
- 9Manage program finances and resources in partnership with Finance and Procurement
- 10Ensure governance compliance and control requirements across all initiatives
- 11Guide project leaders to achieve high-impact outcomes on schedule and budget
Requirements10
- 18–12+ years of program or transformation delivery experience
- 2Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- 3Experience with AI/advanced analytics programs and pilot execution
- 4Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and employee productivity enablement platforms
- 5Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technology leaders
- 6Expertise in managing complex multi-stream programs
- 7Knowledge of program management methodologies (PMP, SAFe, Agile)
- 8Ability to create executive-ready materials and communications
- 9Global cross-functional collaboration experience in financial services
- 10Working knowledge of Generative AI/LLMs capabilities and associated risks
