What You'll Do7
- 1Collaborate with data scientists and investment professionals to build AI based tools using structured and alternate data sources
- 2Rapidly prototype innovative solutions using AI assisted coding accelerating idea to MVP cycle
- 3Develop and refine Generative AI platform by creating system prompts implementing agentic workflows and LLM integrated features
- 4Code cloud native microservices and micro UI components integrating seamlessly with AI orchestration layers
- 5Build validations evaluations and guardrails on agent frameworks for custom agents addressing business use cases
- 6Apply AI first engineering principles solving architectural challenges when scaling agentic systems
- 7Work at speed showing measurable value per sprint while maintaining high code quality through modern automation and testing
Requirements6
- 1Creative problem solver with 0-2 years portfolio demonstrating functional creative web applications
- 2Proficiency in Python for AI backend and TypeScript React for frontend
- 3High comfort using AI coding assistants and LLMs to debug document and write boilerplate code efficiently
- 4Exposure to or desire to learn LangGraph LangChain and agentic design patterns
- 5Familiarity with containerized environments Docker Git version control and basic cloud concepts AWS or Azure
- 6Agile mindset proactive learner thriving in fast paced value driven environment comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies
