Overview
Design and build secure, AI-enabled enterprise platforms for Vialto's global technology suite. Leverage Next.js, React, .NET, and Azure to deliver end-to-end solutions supporting payroll, tax, and immigration workflows. Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and operationalize agentic development with Claude Code and Codex. This role blends hands-on coding with strategic technical leadership in a hybrid San Jose environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build modern web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and CSS.
- 2Develop scalable backend services and APIs with C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Web API.
- 3Operate cloud-native solutions on Azure PaaS with secure networking and identity management.
- 4Implement observability with Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, and structured logging.
- 5Architect REST and event-driven integrations with microservices and micro-frontends.
- 6Implement Next.js App Router, Zones, and Module Federation for modular frontends.
- 7Integrate RAG and LLM APIs into production applications for AI-assisted workflows.
- 8Apply OAuth 2.0, RBAC, and encryption to meet compliance standards.
- 9Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming to drive best practices.
Requirements8
- 15+ years building enterprise-grade applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- 2Strong backend expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Web API.
- 3Proven experience designing Azure cloud solutions with PaaS services.
- 4Expertise in system design, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- 5Experience in regulated environments with secure SDLC practices.
- 6Hands-on use of AI coding agents like Claude Code or Codex.
- 7Demonstrated integration of AI features using RAG and LLM APIs.
- 8Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
