What You'll Do11
- 1Provide estimate and cost planning including final cost plan presentation
- 2Perform accurate quantity surveys for various construction systems and materials
- 3Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates across diverse project types
- 4Conduct feasibility studies using parametric benchmark cost data
- 5Offer reasoned cost advice considering local market rates and project specifics
- 6Contribute to benchmark library development and validate external cost estimates
- 7Undertake cost assurance for third-party estimates and manage bid analysis processes
- 8Participate in post-contract cost variance reviews and change control procedures
- 9Review change documents and pricing assignments as directed
- 10Provide constructability reviews and attend relevant meetings
- 11Manage cost checks and valuations ensuring timely and accurate assessments
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading quantity survey and pricing initiatives
- 3US construction experience required
- 4Proven ability to lead complex construction projects
- 5Strong communication skills with demonstrated leadership potential
- 6Expertise in Excel Word PowerPoint CostX Bluebeam
- 7Familiarity with construction software including Take-off and Bid Analysis Sheets
- 8Understanding of civil structural architectural and MEP estimating elements
- 9Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements
