Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in the Operating Room with Surgical Tech background
- 2Proficiency with Smart Application Meditech and charge codes
- 3Associate degree in Surgical Technology or related field
- 4Current Surgical Technologist certification
- 5Basic Life Support certification
- 6Familiarity with HCA Healthcare systems and benefits
- 7Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- 8Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting
- 9Experience coordinating between clinical and administrative stakeholders
- 10Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- 11Commitment to patient-centered care and operational excellence
