You will drive project financial performance, including profit and efficiency, and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact. What You'll Do10

  • 1Manage multiple projects with multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and communicated.
  • 2Serve as the lead point of contact for clients, fostering relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • 3Manage financial performance for projects, including profit and efficiency evaluations and accounts receivable.
  • 4Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
  • 5Manage project plans, allocating resources, preparing budgets, and scheduling within project parameters.
  • 6Identify design criteria and oversee efficient design and plan preparation using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • 7Solve design problems with engineering calculations and general design standards.
  • 8Coordinate with internal disciplines and external project teams.
  • 9Manage, develop, and mentor Project Engineers and Designers.
  • 10Follow QA/QC practices and identify improvement opportunities, including using AI tools to enhance processes.

Requirements8

  • 110+ years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience in site/civil production, preferably with commercial projects.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • 3Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred, not required.
  • 4Proficiency in MS Office required.
  • 5Working experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • 6Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve team processes and review AI-generated content for accuracy.
  • 7Ability to provide risk assessment on projects, estimating potential risks, costs, and probabilities.
  • 8Demonstrated understanding of constructability and complex design, identifying liability issues.
