Senior Business Execution Consultant, Business Banking Facilitator
Overview
Lead and enable learning experiences for bankers across Business Banking at scale, driving readiness and performance improvements. Work with cross functional partners to design and execute onboarding, instructor led training, virtual workshops, and ongoing development initiatives. Collaborate with leaders to translate business priorities into effective learning solutions and manage large scale enablement initiatives. This role stands out by blending strategic execution with hands-on learning facilitation and program management.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain training materials facilitator guides and readiness content to support onboarding and ongoing development
- 2Design and deliver instructor ledvirtual and hybrid sessions that build banker knowledge confidence and capability
- 3Lead learning experiences workshops calibrations and skill practice sessions for relationship managers and business bankers
- 4Partner with SMEs business leaders and cross functional teams to translate priorities into effective learning programs
- 5Manage facilitation logistics participant engagement and readiness activities to maximize learning outcomes
- 6Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and performance data and drive improvements
- 7Support large scale enablement efforts program launches and strategic initiatives requiring coordinated readiness
- 8Provide coaching clarification and ongoing support to bankers managers and stakeholders
- 9Develop and enhance material as part of the Business Banking Academy and onboarding experiences
Requirements5
- 14+ years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience
- 24+ years of facilitation experience
- 3Experience facilitating instructor led virtual and hybrid training programs
- 4Strong knowledge of Business Banking products services sales processes and customer relationship management practices
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and learning technology platforms
