Lead Business Execution Consultant, Banking & Branch Asset Projects
Overview
Owns end-to-end execution of physical branch asset projects across the Mountain region, including refurbishments and property management at scale. Collaborates with senior leaders and regional branch executives to deliver timely decisions and high-quality branch environments. Drives design planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and budget adherence for branch assets, with a focus on customer experience and holistic footprint upgrades. This role sits on the Consumer Banking & Lending Regional Enablement Team and offers hybrid work with significant travel.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead cross-functional initiatives for branch builds, refurbishments, life safety, and environmental projects
- 2Plan and manage design, planning, and execution schedules with adherence to timelines and budgets
- 3Collaborate with district, regional, and divisional leaders to align projects with strategic goals
- 4Coordinate with third-party suppliers and contractors to meet design and quality standards
- 5Monitor project risk, financial performance, and issue resolution end-to-end
- 6Develop and maintain a consistent record system of physical branches in the region
- 7Consult business partners on facilities needs and compliance with standards
- 8Communicate with senior executives and stakeholders to present status and decisions
- 9Respond to executive and regional needs with agility and professional consultation
Requirements5
- 15+ years of Business Execution or Strategic Planning experience
- 23+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 3Experience with field security or corporate security (desired)
- 4Experience with technology, risk or finance (desired)
- 5Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work in hybrid environment
