Senior Business Data Analyst, Business Analytics

As Senior Manager, Business Analytics at Grow Therapy, you will own the analytics strategy powering a $3B marketplace connecting 10,000+ therapists with hundreds of thousands of patients. Leading a pod-based team of 5+ analysts, you'll report to the Senior Director, Business Operations and drive data-informed decisions across Customer Ops, RCM, Credentialing, Clinical, Strategic Partnerships, Provider Experience, and Finance. You'll define the roadmap for AI-native analytics, turning ambiguous business questions into clear recommendations. This role stands out for its horizontal scope: you won't specialize in one function but will elevate the entire organization's decision-making.

You own the enterprise data platform at Advanced Medical Management, a healthcare management organization serving provider networks. You design, build, and scale the Snowflake warehouse and dbt transformation layer that powers analytics for internal teams and external partners. You work with a small team of BI developers and report to the VP of IT, with direct influence over architecture and tooling. This role stands out because you drive the full lifecycle from data integration to governance, ensuring reliable data for decisions that impact patient care. You also lead the migration of legacy SQL Server processes to modern ELT pipelines on AWS.

You'll own the trust layer for Ambience's AI platform, building and running the pipelines that ingest, validate, and transform clinical and operational data at scale. The metrics you deliver power our AI story and drive decisions across clinical, engineering, and business teams. You'll partner with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to turn raw data into governed, self-service analytics. You will build the semantic layer that powers AI agents and stakeholders, pushing toward an AI-native warehouse. You will join a team of 40 in NYC, backed by $50M in funding from Redpoint and others. This is a chance to define metrics and drive decisions for a fintech serving Hispanic immigrants.

Own the modeling layer that powers decisions at scale, turning raw trading data into trusted metrics used across growth, finance, and operations. You will join a small, high-ownership team of data engineers and scientists, using dbt, SQL, and modern cloud warehouses like Snowflake and BigQuery. Build the models that define core business metrics, ensure data quality with automated tests, and enable self-serve analytics through Hex and Vercel. This role demands a blend of technical rigor and business curiosity, where you balance query speed with data accuracy in a fast-changing product landscape.

You will own insights generation for a major business unit at Oscar Health, partnering with senior managers to drive data-informed decisions. You'll use SQL to extract and analyze large datasets, build robust data models, and create dashboards in Looker to track financial and utilization metrics. You'll collaborate across the organization, presenting findings to leadership and identifying opportunities to reduce healthcare inefficiencies.
