Overview
You'll own the analytical tools and metrics that guide strategic and operational decisions at Grow Therapy, a high-growth mental health marketplace with 10,000+ therapists and 300,000+ clients. You'll partner with business leaders to define KPIs, build scalable dashboards in Looker, and deliver insights that drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do8
- 1Build recurring business reviews, strategic planning decks, and ad hoc deep dives that turn data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- 2Translate business questions into SQL queries, Looker dashboards, and Hex notebooks that diagnose performance gaps and uncover growth levers.
- 3Design and maintain self-service reporting frameworks in Looker and Retool, ensuring metric accuracy and accessibility across teams.
- 4Develop data models in DBT and Snowflake that support consistent, reliable KPIs for growth, operations, and finance.
- 5Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate querying, synthesis, and visualization, while validating outputs for correctness.
- 6Present complex analytical findings to executives, engineers, and peers, using compelling visualizations to drive decisions.
- 7Own the full lifecycle of analytics projects: scoping, building, validating, and iterating with stakeholders in a fast-moving startup.
- 8Drive measurable outcomes like improved operational efficiency, reduced churn, or increased conversion through your insights.
Requirements7
- 13+ years in BI or data analytics at a high-growth tech startup.
- 2Expert-level SQL with experience in Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, or Retool.
- 3Proven track record of translating business needs into analytical tools and metrics.
- 4Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and data visualizations that influence decisions.
- 5Experience using AI tools for querying, drafting, or synthesis, with a critical eye for validation.
- 6Strong bonus: experience in healthcare data domains like RCM, provider operations, or value-based care.
- 7Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
