What You'll Do10
- 1Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligning business goals with AI implementation
- 2Serve as primary technical advisor guiding customers through Claude adoption from discovery to deployment
- 3Create technical content for diverse audiences including engineers, executives, and designers
- 4Develop evaluation frameworks measuring Claude performance using advanced methodologies and code reviews
- 5Define and optimize AI system architectures leveraging frameworks best practices and integrate with existing technology stacks
- 6Build, support, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure including distributed training pipelines and API integrations
- 7Document architecture and innovations for knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
- 8Identify integration patterns and share insights with product and engineering teams
- 9Maintain current knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
- 10Travel between 0 and 100 percent based on client needs
Requirements12
- 1Minimum 1 year designing resilient AI systems using Claude or Codex with controls, guardrails, context engineering, evals, CI/CD and production practices
- 2Minimum 5 years technical customer‑facing experience such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager
- 3Minimum 3 years leading AI‑driven projects or managing teams
- 4Minimum 3 years hands‑on AI engineering with Python, Java, C, Go and mastery of Claude or similar AI tools
- 5Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (6 years if associate degree)
- 6Nice to have: experience with enterprise buying cycles and complex stakeholder negotiations
- 7Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to C‑suite executives, engineering, and IT teams
- 8Passion for safe, beneficial AI and advancing responsible AI systems
- 9Experience training, fine‑tuning, and evaluating LLMs and multimodal models using self‑supervised and transfer learning
- 10Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, agent‑to‑agent protocols, and evolving agent standards
- 11Comfort with Python for prototyping and customer‑facing technical work
- 12Love of teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
