What You'll Do8
- 1Contribute to visual design direction from concept to delivery, ensuring aesthetic cohesion and timeline adherence

Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5 years interactive visual design experience in digital products, preferably software, addressing diverse business problems
- 2At least 2 years leading design initiatives, setting directions, planning implementation, and coordinating cross‑functional validation
- 32 years proficiency with visual design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design, Tableau, or D3
- 42 years building scalable design systems for visual consistency across products, platforms, and channels
- 5Bachelor’s degree in UX design, graphic design, or related field (minimum 12 years work experience); Associate’s equivalent with 6 years experience
