What You'll Do8
- 1Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- 2Serve as primary technical advisor guiding enterprise customers through Claude adoption

- 5Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance for specific use cases
- 6Identify integration patterns and share insights with product and engineering teams
- 7Travel occasionally for workshops and relationship building
- 8Maintain current knowledge of LLM advancements and implementation best practices
Requirements9
- 15+ years technical customer-facing experience as Solutions Architect or similar role
- 2Proven experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
- 3Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- 4Strong technical communication skills translating requirements between technical and business teams
- 5Comfortable with Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks or machine learning concepts
- 6Demonstrated experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
- 7Passion for building safe and beneficial AI systems with cross-organizational collaboration
- 8Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- 9Minimum 3 days in office weekly requirement
