Lead technical discovery and shape product strategy for Applied AI Solutions Architect role at Midstream. Partner with prospective customers to understand technical landscapes and drive AI adoption. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, executive workshops, product demonstrations, security discussions, and technical evaluations throughout the enterprise buying process
- 2Design enterprise solutions and solution architectures demonstrating how Midstream integrates within complex healthcare environments while delivering measurable business value
- 3Own technical validation activities including architecture discussions and technical assessments
- 4Serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor guiding enterprise customers through their AI adoption journey
- 5Develop AI Evaluation Frameworks to help customers define criteria and success metrics
- 6Build and maintain scalable technical assets such as demonstration environments and reference architectures
- 7Shape product strategy by partnering with Product and Engineering to identify implementation patterns
- 8Create repeatable demonstrations and technical messaging to accelerate sales cycles
- 9Establish technical foundations enabling Midstream to scale through reusable frameworks and playbooks
- 10Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders around AI adoption and integration challenges
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with AWS Certified solutions
- 3Healthcare interoperability and ERP systems familiarity
- 4Strong understanding of AI agent workflows and RAG implementations
- 5Ability to design secure cloud-native architectures and integrate enterprise applications via APIs
- 6Passion for applied AI and modern LLMs with practical business impact
- 7Cross-functional collaboration experience in enterprise software environments
- 8Customer-focused mindset prioritizing risk reduction and trust building
- 9Technical communication skills for executive and technical audiences
