Bellwether is a global advisory firm specializing in growth strategies for enterprises. The Senior Analyst, Equity will oversee commercial real estate investments. This role focuses on managing equity portfolios across diverse property types.
What You'll Do7
- 1Proactively monitor and manage equity investments across property categories
- 2Review and analyze business plans leasing activity and monthly operating performance
- 3Maintain complex asset-level cash flow forecasting models
- 4Organize investment data for monthly and quarterly reporting
- 5Evaluate new opportunities supporting due diligence and execution
- 6Act as liaison with operating partners and asset management leads
- 7Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide mentorship to junior analysts
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 2 years experience in asset management development or acquisitions
- 2Proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and ARGUS Enterprise
- 3Bachelor’s degree required
- 4Strong understanding of multifamily office and industrial financial models
- 5Ability to interpret loan documents joint venture agreements and management contracts
- 6Demonstrated initiative dependability and self-direction
- 7Excellent communication verbal written and interpersonal skills
