What You'll Do10
- 1Assist with annual business plan preparation and quarterly reforecasts including review of investments plans effect of changes to return metric detailed analysis of current strategy and variance analysis to underwriting
- 2Review document and consolidate investment valuations ensuring calculations align with internal policies
- 3Support internal capital markets team throughout debt financing process
- 4Produce manage financial models used to calculate current projected performance
- 5Generate materials for monthly operations meetings
- 6Maintain update Argus files for various metrics including leasing operating and market assumptions
- 7Maintain development reporting at project level
- 8Cultivate and maintain relationships with property corporate accounting teams to ensure accuracy and reporting timelines are met
- 9Develop and update presentations for internal and external audiences
- 10Handle other ad hoc requests as assigned
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance accounting or applicable field
- 2Up to three years experience working in corporate finance a Fortune 100 company a large real estate investment company or a public REIT
- 3Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- 4Strong knowledge working with large data sets
- 5Argus Enterprise experience is a plus
- 6Ability to compile basic proforma financial statements
- 7Effective communication and presentation skills
- 8Multi-tasking with good time management to meet multiple deadlines
