What You'll Do11
- 1Owns administration configuration and optimization of Aderant Expert with deep expertise across core modules and customizations
- 2Serves as primary steward of Aderant core data ensuring consistency and governance across financial domains
- 3Leads troubleshooting and resolution of complex system and data issues through root cause analysis
- 4Designs and maintains backend solutions using advanced SQL queries stored procedures and data models
- 5Develops integrations between Aderant and adjacent systems using APIs data pipelines and middleware
- 6Maintains ownership of all Aderant environments including release coordination patching and monitoring
- 7Evaluates cloud migration strategies for Aderant and related financial systems assessing architecture performance security and cost
- 8Partners with Finance IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- 9Provides technical leadership and mentorship promoting best practices in Aderant administration and backend engineering
- 10Continuously identifies opportunities to improve system performance data quality and maintainability
- 11Analyzes resolves issues across application and data layers while delivering timely responsive work products
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 5 years experience with Aderant Expert including installation patching deployment and ongoing support
- 2Deep knowledge of Aderant Expert modules and underlying data structures
- 3Strong backend development skills including complex SQL queries stored procedures and extensive experience with SQL-based environments
- 4Proven ability to analyze troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- 5Experience providing end-user support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems
- 6Demonstrated proficiency in integrating enterprise systems ensuring data integrity across platforms
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 8Ability to work independently with proactive approach to continuous improvement
- 9High attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environment
- 10Willingness to learn emerging cloud platforms and modern integration patterns
- 11Experience evaluating cloud-based solutions for enterprise applications is a plus
