What You'll Do11
- 1Provide practice-specific support to attorneys and partners using Microsoft Office and legal software
- 2Draft edit and proofread legal documents while maintaining confidentiality
- 3Oversee electronic and paper filing systems within the DMS
- 4Collaborate with LAAs and LEAs on complex projects and administrative tasks
- 5Deliver key status updates on project progress to assigned attorneys
- 6Organize workflow tool assignments to ensure timely completion
- 7Handle billing matters including prebills and approvals
- 8Serve as a trusted advisor promoting professionalism and client service
- 9Adapt to AI-powered tools for document production and case research
- 10Maintain professional communication via email and virtual meetings
- 11Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
Requirements9
- 12+ years legal experience supervised by attorney or administrator
- 2Bachelor's degree preferred in legal studies or business administration
- 3Expertise with Microsoft Office and legal software like iManage or Aderant
- 4Ability to adapt to AI-powered document tools and workflow management systems
- 5Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- 6Experience with virtual collaboration platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
