What You'll Do9

  • 1Support inventory accounting for Rezdiffra manufacturing, including journal entries and reconciliations for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • 2Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations for accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets in compliance with US GAAP.
  • 3Drive the monthly close cycle by preparing variance analyses, tie-outs, and supporting schedules for the financial statements.
  • 4Document period-over-period fluctuations and deliver concise monthly financial analyses to senior management.
  • 5Assist with internal and external financial reporting, including quarterly reviews and year-end audit support with SOX documentation.
  • 6Perform annual fixed asset observation and maintain accurate asset tracking for lab and manufacturing equipment.
  • 7Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing to review contracts and model accounting implications in Excel.
  • 8Review P&L accounts to ensure proper classification and flag unusual items.
  • 9Support process improvement initiatives and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

Requirements10

  • 13+ years of accounting or finance experience, with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2Public accounting or publicly traded company experience preferred.
  • 3Life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • 4Experience with NetSuite a plus.
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, including Excel and Word.
  • 6Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
  • 7Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • 8Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 9Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
  • 10Commitment to ethical standards and company policies.
